While some of our items ship from our warehouse, others will arrive direct from the supplier. This means that the shipping rates you will see are blended to account for these varying points of origin. The carrier of your shipment may vary, and can include Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, local courier or other third party carriers. Split shipments may be required depending on the number of points of origin of your items. Whenever possible, a signature will be required on delivery to ensure shipments arrive in perfect condition and to give you an opportunity to inspect all items.
Generally, there are two ways larger items are shipped. If you are shipping to the Greater Toronto area, a room-of-choice delivery option will be available through a local contractor. Please ensure you are present during the scheduled delivery window to sign for your order and inspect the items.
Outside of the GTA, we use a number of third party freight carriers that typically offer “threshold delivery” – which includes delivery inside of your home, but not to the room of your choice. These deliveries are made with one driver only, so please ensure you are present during the scheduled delivery window to sign for your order and inspect the items.
Regardless of carrier, you will be contacted by the delivery agent by telephone a few days prior to the delivery date to schedule an appointment. These calls will be made during normal business hours only, and will be made by the delivery providers – not us.
Please inspect packaging and items immediately when the delivery arrives, and indicate on the delivery paperwork if there is any damage to your order. If there is severe damage, please refuse delivery at that time to avoid any unnecessary delays processing your return.

Most products available for purchase will indicate lead times on their respective product pages. Out of stock items are currently unavailable for online order - please email, call or visit us in store to place a pre-order for an out of stock item.
We offer free shipping on orders totalling over $500, excluding orders including some larger Gus* Modern items. If you are eligible for free shipping, this will be reflected in your shopping cart – you will not be charged. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us after your order has been processed.
Outside of Canada
At this time, we only ship our online orders within Canada. To order an item for delivery outside of Canada, please email, call or visit us in store to place a standard order.

White Glove Service
Two-man crew delivers furniture into customers home, puts it in place, and takes away all packaging materials. Additional services including assembly (when needed) are available upon request.
Cost: $100 COD (extra charges apply beyond certain city limits). Includes 1 flight of stairs.
We regularly ship our furniture throughout North America from our warehouse in Toronto. Depending on the type of service required, typical shipping rates to most major urban centers in both Canada and the U.S. usually run in the $450-$500 range (per skid spot on a truck). Additional charges may apply for brokerage and duty on shipments into the U.S. Shipments into the U.S. require a tax ID number.

- Standard Shipment: customer responsible for taking furniture off of the truck and getting it into their home.
- Tailgate Service: driver will unload goods from the truck using a tailgate.
- Driver Assist: driver unloads truck and will assist in moving furniture inside.
- White Glove: a two man crew delivers the furniture inside the residence, places pieces in position and takes away all packaging materials.
