Online Orders

Damaged Items

We do our best to make sure your order arrives promptly and in good condition. Reality dicates that, occasionally, damages do unfortunately occur during transit while in the care of a third party. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to avoid any unnecessary complexity dealing with delivery insurance and return freight and to ensure that returns can be processed at no cost to you. If the packaging is damanged on arrival, please note that when signing for delivery. If no mention is made of external damage, we cannot be responsible for any product damage and will not accept a return or issue a refund.

If the contents are your order are damaged, pelase do not discard any of the original packaging! Take photos of any visible damage and email them to info@stylegarage.com along with any details pertaining to the delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or issue a refund or replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with product instructions.

Returns

Returns are possible in the result of damaged or defective merchandise only.

Furniture Size

The customer is responsible for knowing that all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of his/her house or apartment will permit normal delivery. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit and will give no refunds if this occurs.

In-store Orders

Lead times

Our goal is to provide accurate lead-time information. Normal production is 8-10 weeks unless the item is in stock. Orders may not be cancelled nor deposits refunded due to delivery outside normal production schedules.

Furniture Size

The customer is responsible for knowing that all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of his/her house or apartment will permit normal delivery. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit and will give no refunds if this occurs.

Quickship Items

Availability dates for quickship items are not guaranteed. We try to provide accurate information with regards to the availability of a piece, however due to circumstances beyond our control; stated availability dates sometimes get postponed. We do not provide refunds if the item is outside of the expected delivery date.

Variations

Color, grain variations and veining are natural characteristics of steel, wood, leather and fabric and will vary from piece to piece. The natural qualities of your furniture will therefore vary from the samples you saw.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required on all sales of made-to-order and custom pieces. We will notify you when your order is complete and available for delivery, at which time any balance will be due. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment. All made-to-order pieces must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks after completion; failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. Delivery or pick up must be organized within 6 weeks from completion, additional storage will be charged at a rate of $25/week per item stored.

Delivery

Local delivery fees are determined at the point of sale. Long distance delivery fees must be determined by quotation. Deliveries include 1 flight of walk-up. Charges apply for additional walk-ups. Please be sure to inspect the piece upon receipt. Any concerns need to be brought to the attention of your sales associate within 48 hours of receipt of the piece.

Cancellation

All furniture that is made-to-order is not subject to changes or cancellation after 3 days from the date of purchase. Deposits are nonrefundable after the three day period. Quickship items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled after 2 days from the date of purchase. Cancellations and returns are not permitted after 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Floor model sales are final and are exempt from warranty coverage.

Sales and Promotions

Made-to-order furniture that is ordered prior to and during a sale promotion is not subject to sale pricing. Quickship items ordered prior to a sale promotion are not subject to sale pricing.
